DWI: Alexander W. Smolens, 23, was arrested Feb. 5 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent.

DWI: Harold B. Vanearden, 57, was arrested Feb. 5 in Moreau and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Aggravated harassment: Syndey J. Robak, 22, was arrested Feb. 5 in Ballston Spa and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.

Contempt: Raphael A. Germain, 28, was arrested Feb. 5 in Malta and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Drug possession: Brandon S. McManus, 22, was arrested Feb. 5 in Wilton and charged with two counts of seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and firstdegree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Assault: Abigail S. Vanderveen, 16, was arrested Feb. 6 in Clifton Park and charged with seconddegree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Petit larceny: Johnathon M. Parker, 25, was arrested Feb. 6 in Halfmoon and charged with petit larceny. Petit larceny: Samantha EM Johnson, 22, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with petit larceny. Contemp: Jeffrey D.T. Hulett, 26, was arrested Feb. 7 in Malta and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

DWI: Mark J. Lapierre, 64, was arrested Feb. 7 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Assault: Jay D. Benoit: 47, was arrested Feb. 7 in Stillwater and charged with two counts of third-degree assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and obstruction of breathing.
