Menacing: Michael J. Harmon, 66, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:40 p.m. Feb. 10 on Benedict Street and charged with seconddegree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors. DWI: Christopher R. Getman, 26, of Round Lake was arrested at 3:12 a.m. Feb. 10 on Route 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than ,08 percent, misdemeanors.
