Aggravated DWI: Amelia C. Trigg, 29, of Watervliet was arrested Feb. 9 in the town of Saratoga and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors. DWI: Larissa Davis, 36, of Brooklyn was arrested Feb. 10 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. Weapon possession: Kevin T. Balogh, 22, of Halfmoon was arrested Feb. 10 in Schodack and chargfed wirth third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. Aggravated harassment: Scott M. Miller, 35, of Troy was arrested Feb. 10 in Halfmoon and charged with two counts of aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. DWI: James T. Garnsey, 45, of Schuylerville was arrested Feb. 11 in Easton and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Petit larceny: Kristen A. Jenks, 30, of Ballston Spa was arrested Feb. 11 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Weapon possession: Thomas balogh, 55, of Halfmoon was arrested Feb. 11 in Clifton Park and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal purchase/disposal of a weapon, felonies. DWI: Roberta J. Stone, 37, of Greenwich was arrested Feb. 10 in Saratoga Springs and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
