Branson, 59, of Middle Grove was arrested Feb. 17 in Wilton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Lisa A. Brault, 52, of Corinth was arrested Feb. 17 in Queensbury and charged with driving while intoxicated by drugs or alcohol and DWI, misdemeanors. DWI: Scott L. Morehouse, 59, of Bethesda was arrested Feb. 16 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Joseph V. Flewelling, 29, of Greenwich was arrested Feb. 17 in Wilton and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. DWI: Todd D. Lloyd, 23, of Saratoga Springs was arrested Feb. 18 in Wilton and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Victoria R. Neidhammer, 27, of Ballston Spa was arrested Feb. 17 in Milton and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. Assault: Lloyd Haas, 19, of Malta
was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree menacing, misdemeanors. DWI: Brian D. Hummel, 42, of Malta was arrested Feb. 18 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Contempt: Jeffrey D. Hulett, 26, of Ballston Lake was arrested Feb. 18 in Malta and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Also arrested was Holly Jean Morehouse, 46, of Ballston Lake who was charged with false personation, a misdemeanor. Forgery: Melanie R. Stracuzzi, 69, of Clifton Park was arrested Feb. 17 in Clifton Park and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony.
