Family offense: Alex R. Mintzer, 28, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Feb. 27 on Lincoln Avenue and charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, and second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Mischief: Kevin J. Kelly, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 7:21 p.m. Feb. 26 on Henry Street and charged with criminal mischief in fourth degree, a misdemeanor.

Trespass: Jason M. Rector, 36, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 3 p.m. on Feb. 26 on Circular Street and charged with criminal trespassing in the third degree, a misdemeanor.

Harassment: Michael A. Jackowski, 27, of Lake Luzerne was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Feb. 25 on Derby Drive and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, stalking in the fourth degree and criminal trespass in the second degree, all misdemeanors.

Larceny: Kyle R. Stratton, 27, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on a warrant at 9:47 p.m. Feb. 25 on Jefferson Street and charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, misdemeanors.

Trespass: Steven W. Harris, 47, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:18 p.m. Feb. 25 on Woodlawn Avenue for criminal trespass in the third degree.

Drug Paraphernalia: Joshua W. Leary, 29, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12 p.m. on Walworth Street Feb. 25 and charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a misdemeanor.

Possession and DWI: Brandon T. Wickham, 22, of Clifton Park was arrested at 3 a.m. following a traffic stop on Maple Avenue and charged with driving with BAC more than .08 of one percent, a misdemeanor, unlawful possession of marijuana, driving on a one-way street and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Resisting: Adonye M. Nelson, 21, of Glens Falls was arrested at 1:43 a.m. Feb. 25 on Caroline Street for resisting arrest, a misdemeanor and disorderly conduct. Possession of Forged Instrument: Elaina I. Rando, 19, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4 a.m. Feb. 24 on Caroline Street for criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony.

Unlicensed: Elwood C. Hallett, 23, of Amsterdam was arrested at 3:56 a.m. following a traffic stop Feb. 24 on W. Circular Street and charged with an equipment and failed to signal a turn vehicle violations, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, a misdemeanor and operating a motor vehicle by unlicensed driver.

Unlicensed: Emmanuel W. Cobbs, 28, of New York was arrested at 2:28 a.m. following a traffic stop Feb. 24 on Spring Street and charged with aggravated unlicensed operations in the third degree, a misdemeanor and three counts of using another drivers’ license.

Possession and DWI: Donna A. Demers, 32, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:08 a.m. following a traffic stop Feb. 24 on Division Street and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, no/expired inspection certificate, driving with a BAC more than .08 percent, a misdemeanor, and an equipment violation.

Trespass: Andre J. Lundstrom, 46, of Schenectady was arrested at 11:17 p.m. at Circular Street and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, a misdemeanor.
