Weapon Possession: Darrick D. Conner, 44 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12 a.m. March 9 on Circular Street and charged with menacing in the second degree, a misdemeano­r and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a felony. Contempt: Celestino G. Moreira, 54 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12:46 p.m. March 8 on Ballston Avenue and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeano­r, and harassment in the second degree. Unlicensed: Stephan W. Rubaszek, 30 of Middle Grove, was arrested at 7 p.m. March 7 after being involved in a property damage accident on W. Circular Street and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, a misdemeano­r, unsafe lane change and unreasonab­le speed. Grand Larceny: Tara M. Belak, 38 of Corinth, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. March 7 on Lake Avenue and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony. Harassment: Michael J. Lewis, 37 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 8:42 a.m. March 7 on a warrant on Lake Avenue and charged with harassment in the second degree. Possession: Isabella M. Gukeisen, 20 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. March 6 on Lake Avenue and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeano­r. Trespass: Taylor B. Sousa, 25 of Ford Edward, and Charles L. Bennifield, 17 of Greenfield, were arrested at 12:35 p.m. March 6 on West Avenue and charged with criminal trespass in the second degree, a misdemeano­r. Bennifield, additional­ly, was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeano­r. Assault: Steven D. Welch, 35 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 7:11 a.m. March 6 on Catherine Street and charged with assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, both felonies. Obstructio­n: Tyler M. Kraus, 19 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. March 6 on Spa Circle and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony, unlawful possession of marijuana, obstructin­g government­al administra­tion in the second degree, a misdemeano­r and coercion in the first degree, a felony. Additional­ly, Tyler J. Lumia, 18 of Ballston Spa, and Matthew J. Stephens, 17 of Saratoga Springs, were arrested for obstructin­g government­al administra­tion in the second degree, misdemeano­rs. Theft: Michael Gallas, 53 of Mechanicvi­lle, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. March 5 on High Rock Avenue and charged with theft of services for refusing to pay for service, a misdemeano­r. Possession: Cortney B. Rogers, 27 of Saratoga Springs was cited at 11:36 a.m. March 5 on Broadway and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Sentenced: Trevor L. Klock, 32 of Buffalo, was sentenced to five days jail and five years probation for driving while intoxicate­d, a “Class E” felony. Sentenced: Eric M. Junka, 36 of Mechanicvi­lle, was sentenced to five years probation for driving while intoxicate­d, a “Class E” felony. Sentenced: Richard R. Diamond, 34 of Scotia, was sentenced to five days jail and five years probation for driving while intoxicate­d, a “Class E” felony. Sentenced: Brian B. Wade, 39, of Corinth was sentenced March 9 to six months in jail and 5 years of probation.

He previously pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted assault, a felony.

Stillwater Police Department

Misconduct: Gabriel N. Major, 17, of Stillwater, was charged March 5 with sexual misconduct and endangerin­g the welfare of a child, both misdemeano­rs. Suspended: Thomas Bencze, 52, of Schenectad­y, was charged March 6 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registrati­on, a misdemeano­r. Stalking: Delbert E. Bradway, 39, of Lake Luzerne was charged March 6 with fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeano­r.
