Miller, 54 of Gansevoort, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. March 16 following a traffic stop at CV Whitney Highway and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, driving with BAc more than .08 of 1 percent, a misdemeano­r, unsafe lane change, failure to obey traffic control device and refusing pre-screen test.

Contempt: Patrick J. Weatherwax, 24 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 4 p.m. March 14 on a warrant at 5 Lake Avenue and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeano­r.

Unlicensed: Taylor B. Sousa, 25 of Fort Edward, was arrested at 10 p.m. March 13 following a traffic stop at Circular Street and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, a misdemeano­r, two equipment violations and operating out of class.

Larceny: Trayisha A. Burks, 26 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. March 13 at Allen Drive and charged with three counts of petit larceny, a misdemeano­r.

Possession: Jason M. Pregent, 29 of Ballston Spa, was cited at 2 p.m. March 13 at South Broadway and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Trespass: Wilberforc­e Duodu, 24 of Albany, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. March 13 on a warrant at 5 Lake Avenue and charged with trespass. Unauthoriz­ed Vehicle Use: Timothy J. Wilbur, 26 of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. March 13 on a warrant at 5 Lake Avenue and charged with unauthoriz­ed use of a vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeano­r. Possession and Endangerin­g: Andrew W. Sephas, 52 of Porters Corners, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. March 12 following a traffic stop on Route 9 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeano­r, endangerin­g the welfare of a child, a misdemeano­r and registrati­on plate display violation.
