Carl was born in Brooklyn, New York on February 25, 1930. He was a military veteran, lifelong educator and entertainer with over 30 years in the classroom and 50 plus years on stage. He will be forever remembered by all he touched with his generosity and selflessness. The self-proclaimed “British Commando” and “Tarzan” was unique. Carl was a talented, intelligent, fun and silly man who loved traveling, food, dancing, and above all, the company of others. Survivors include his children; Stephen Danna (Laura), Janice Danna (Charlie Zumpano), Laura Munisteri (Chris), Peter Danna (Dee) and Kristen Murphy (Sean); 10 grandchildren; former wife, Mary Danna; and dear friend, Susan Hansen.
