DROP: Next Level Church also invites you to join them this Easter weekend for a fantastic family experience at 388 Broadway Saratoga Springs on April 1, at 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. & 11:30 a.m. Tens of thousands of plastic Easter eggs containing candy will be dropped from a helicopter onto a grass field near Next Level Church’s locations. You can attend any of the experiences at 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. & 11:30 a.m. to get a wristband (required for entrance) and access to the secret location. CHURCH: An Easter Sunday Communion Service will be held at Old Saratoga Reformed Church at 10 a.m. on Sunday, April 1. Pastor Joyce deVelder will preach an Easter message, and the Chancel Choir will sing. Following the service there will be a Fellowship Hour. The sanctuary is accessible by a wheelchair platform lift. The church is located on the corner of Pearl and Burgoyne Streets in Schuylerville. All are welcome.
K9 EASTER EGG HUNT: Why should the kids have all the fun? This Easter weekend family members of the four legged variety are invited to have a special K9 Easter Egg Hunt all their own at Hudson Crossing Park in Schuylerville. In what has become a fun annual tradition, colorful plastic eggs filled with dog treats (courtesy of Ballston Spa’s Lazy Dog Cookie Company) for your favorite canine will be hidden throughout Hudson Crossing Park grounds. Hudson Crossing’s K9 Easter Egg Hunt is open to the public and their pups during regular park hours (dawn - dusk) on Saturday, March 31, and Sunday, April 1, while the Easter Eggs last. This event is free and open to the public, although donations are appreciated. Please remember to respect fellow dogs and owners as well as local leash laws. COMMUNITY TOWN HALL: Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner (D-Round Lake) is hosting a series of community town halls during April across Saratoga and Washington
counties to discuss her legislative priorities and hear from constituents. These town halls will provide a space for constituents to share their suggestions and concerns, provide feedback about Assemblywoman Woerner’s legislative efforts so far, and ask questions about issues important to themselves, their families, and their communities. The first town hall takes place on April 2 from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Malta Community Center, Class Room 102, 1 Bayberry Drive, Malta.
