Assault: Stephanie M. Heeney, 30, of Stillwater was arrested at 2:30 a.m. April 1 at Circular Street and charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed: Michael J. Cirelli, 63, of Queensbury was arrested at 11:19 p.m. March 31 at Division Street and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, a misdemeanor and unlawfully driving on or across a sidewalk.

Unlicensed: Jennifer E. Foster, 49, of Greenfield Center was arrested at 7:27 a.m. March 31 at E. Beekman Street and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, a misdemeanor, operate motor vehicle by unlicensed driver and operating unregistered motor vehicle on highway.

Criminal Possession and

Mischief: Matthew D. Eberlein, 20, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 2:09 a.m. March 31 at Caroline Street and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a forget instrument in the second degree, felonies, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, misdemeanors and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Mark J. Muller, 49, of Fort Plain was arrested at 2:12 a.m. March 31 at Congress Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, driving with BAC more than .08 of one percent, a misdemeanor, failure to stop at stop sign, no/expired inspection certificate and equipment.

Possession: Cody Grant Briscoe, 24, of Malta was arrested at 6:35 p.m. March 30 at Union Avenue and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation and fail to signal.

Criminal Mischief: Cortney B. Rogers, 27, of Pettersburg was arrested at 5:31 p.m. March 30 at 62 Henry Street and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed: David L. Rivers, 50, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 4:39 p.m. March 30 at Bluebird Ct. and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, a misdemeanor and speeding.
