Plea: Miranda D. Olsen, 34, of Queensbury pleaded guilty April 9 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony.
Sentencing: Ian G. Fryer, 33, of Clifton Park was sentenced April 9 to five years probation after pleading guilty Jan. 10 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony.
Sentencing: Matthew T. Lloyd, 29, of Schuylerville was sentenced April 9 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Jan. 8 to first-degree disseminating indecent materials to minors, a class D felony, and second-degree attempted assault, a class E felony.
Sentencing: Sean D. Knight, 42, of the Bronx was sentenced April 9 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Feb. 5 to driving while ability impaired by drugs, a class E felony. He was also sentenced to time served after pleading guilty to seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.
Plea: Geraldo J. Orengo, 40, of Collins pleaded guilty April 9 to aggravated family offense, a class E felony.
Indictment: Joey M. Castro, 24, of Fort Edward was indicted April 9 on charges of second-degree attempted murder, two counts of first-degree assault and firstdegree criminal use of a firearm, class B violent felonies, third-
degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D violent felony, two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, a class D felony, unlawful manufacture of a weapon and failure to register an assault rifle, misdemeanors.

Petit larceny: Angelina L. Zarrelli, 36, of Schenectady was arrested April 8 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Felony DWI: Luke F. Brignola, 23, of Clifton Park was arrested April 8 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous drunken driving within the past 10 years, and seconddegree obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. Suspended registration: Crystal L. Stockin, 32, of Averill Park was arrested April 9 in Moreau and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. Weapon possession: Mark D. Czuwala, 53, of Watervliet was arrested April 9 in Clifton Park and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony.
