Petit larceny: Anthony J. Cafararo, 52, of Clifton Park was arrested April 13 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Cassandra M. Waddell, 35, and Deborah M. Willson, 39, both of Saratoga Springs and Francisc S. Watkins, 35, of Wilton were arrested April 13 in Saratoga Springs and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Willson was also charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. DWI: Dale C. Russell, 32, of Troy was arrested April 13 in Malta and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Thomas R. Ellis, 48, of Schuylerville was arrested April 13 in Schuylerville and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Jason M. Young, 32, of Schuylerville was arrested April 14 in the town of Saratoga and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Petit larceny: Timothy J. Dibell, 37, of Gansevoort was arrested April 13 in Wilton and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Aggravated DWI: Daniel P. O’Connor, 35, of Glens Falls was arrested April 14 in Wilton and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years, and DWI, a misdemeanor. Petit larceny: Bianca R. Baker, 21, of Ballston Spa was arrested April 14 in Queensbury and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. DWI: Patrick L. Clifford, 32, of Clifton Park was arrested April 14 in Saratoga Springs and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. DWI: Mathew D. Briggs, 34, of Ballston Spa was arrested April 15 in Milton and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Dillon J. Walczak, 26, of Malta was arrested April 15 in Milton and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Petit larceny: Garrett A. Ost, 24, of Menands was arrested April 15 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Petit larceny: Kory D. Ratigan, 23, and Carly M. Oechler, 24, both of Troy were arrested April 15 in Clifton Park and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
