Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office

Sentencing: Deric B. Wright, 28, of Schenectady was sentenced April 16 to time served and five years probation after pleading guilty Feb. 26 to thirddegree grand larceny, a class D felony. Sentencing: Isaac W. Greco, 22, of Saratoga Springs was sentenced April 16 in to eight years in state prison after pleading guilty Jan. 24 to first-degree robbery, a class B violent felony.

Sentencing: Anthony F. Aubin, 28, of Clifton Park was sentenced April 16 to 2 1⁄2 to five years in state prison after pleading guilty Jan. 22 to third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony.

Plea: James N. Carero, 27, of Middle Grove pleaded guilty April 16 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony.

Stillwater Police Department

Forgery: Jessica R. Wilbert, 39, of Stillwater was arrested April 16 and charged with second-degree forgery and second-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies. New York State Police

Drug possession: Kimberly L. Raimo, 39, of South Glens Falls was arrested April 16 in Queensbury and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Sheldon K. Cook, 46, of Ballston Spa was arrested April 16 in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Nadine E. Doyle, 19, of Saratoga Springs was arrested April 16 in Clifton Park and charged with fourthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.
