Forcible touching: Ahmed ElShawi, 76, of New York City was arrested April 18in Stillwater and charged with forcible touching and acting in a manner to injure a child, misdemeano­rs.

Aggravated DWI: Zachary M. Young, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested April 19in Saratoga Springs and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicate­d and DWI, misdemeano­rs.

DWI: Joseph T. Cooper, 28, of Rensselaer was arrested April 18in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08percent and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeano­rs.
