Forcible touching: Ahmed ElShawi, 76, of New York City was arrested April 18in Stillwater and charged with forcible touching and acting in a manner to injure a child, misdemeanors.
Aggravated DWI: Zachary M. Young, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested April 19in Saratoga Springs and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors.
DWI: Joseph T. Cooper, 28, of Rensselaer was arrested April 18in Clifton Park and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08percent and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

Goodhart, 28, of Schodack was arrested April 19in Malta and charged with thirddegree assault, fourthdegree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. Felony DWI: Corrina L. Cayea, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested April 19in Saratoga Springs and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, felonies because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10years, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and using a vehicle without an interlocking device, a misdemeanor. Mischief: Jenna N. Duffy, 19, of Clifton Park was arrested April 19and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. DWI: Devin L. Kelly, 41, of Glenville was arrested April 19in Clifton Park adn charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08percent, misdemeanors.
