Plea: Cquan Williams, 26, of Halfmoon pleaded guilty April 23 to third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class C felony.

Plea: Eric M. Herrey, 39, of Clifton Park pleaded guilty April 23 to driving while intoxicated, a class E felony.

Plea: Dylan Kelly, 22, of Hudson Falls pleaded guilty April 23 to first-degree rape, a class B violent felony.

Sentencing: Joshua A. Anderson, 27, of Glenville was sentenced April 23 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty Nov. 28, 2016, to fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony.

Indictment: Keith C. Owen, 41, of South Glens Falls was indicted April 23 on charges of second-degree strangulation, a class D violent felony, first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, third-degree assault and 10 counts of second-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanors.

Indictment: Oscar Catalan, 30, of Ballston Spa was indicted April 23 on six counts of first-degree sexual abuse, a class D violent felony, six counts of third-degree sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.

Indictment: Christopher L. Spenello, 31, of Saratoga Springs was indicted April 23 on charges of third-degree criminal sexual act and third-degree rape, class E felonies.
