AURIEL CAMERATA: Auriel Camerata presents the final program of the 2017-2018 Season, featuring the monumental German Requiem by Johannes Brahms. BALLSTON LAKE CLEANUP: The Annual Ballston Lake Clean Up Day is set for Saturday, May 5. The project involves doing a clean sweep of winter trash on local roadways in the hamlet of Ballston Lake and its environs. Participan­ts are urged to wear gloves and closed toed shoes. Volunteers can pick up their street assignment­s, and receive free tee shirts, refreshmen­ts and trash bags from 8 a.m. through 11 a.m. at the Ballston Lake Fire House on May 5.

CINCO DE MAYO FIESTA: St Edward’s Catholic Church of Clifton Park Hispanic Apostolate and the Knights of Columbus Council 11064 will hold a Cinco De Mayo Fiesta after the 4 p.m. Mass on Saturday, May 5. The Mass will be a joint Spanish –English celebratio­n preceded by a procession to introduce the Madonna and Christ child statue from the old church into the new church. The Knights of Columbus color guard will participat­e. Grade school aged children are encouraged to join in the procession. The Fiesta will have games for the kids, an authentic Latin meal, and traditiona­l music and dancing. All proceeds raised will be donated to Immigratio­n Services of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany.
