Forgery: Brad N. Callanan, 35, of Wilton was arrested May 9 in Clifton Park and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony.

Fugitive: Christopher J. Nelson, 29, of St. Stephen, S.C., was arrested May 9 in Saratoga Springs as a fugitive from justice.

Grand larceny: Milton Alequin, 22, of New York City was arrested May 9 in Clifton Park and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, two counts of second-degree forgery, first-degree falsifying business records and first-degree identity theft, felonies.

Contempt: Taron M. Hampton, 29, of Saratoga Springs was arrested May 10 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief, felonies.

Assault: Austin M. Brown, 26, of Schuylerville was arrested May 10 and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Michael A. Whelan 29, of Ballston Spa was arrested May 10 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. Also arrested was Nicole L. Giuliano, 23, of Cohoes, who was charged with seconddegree criminal impersonation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

Prostitution: Jamie L. Adams, 19, of Schenectady was arrested May 10 in Clifton Park and charged with prostitution and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors.

Prostitution: Nicole L. Wray, 41, of Queensbury was arrested May 10 in Clifton Park and charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor.

Prostitution: Sarah Z. Davis, 25, of Schenectady was arrested May 10 in Clifton Park and charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor.

Prostitution: Christa L. Brown, 20, of Schaghticoke was arrested May 10 in Clifton Park and charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor.

Prostitution: Billiejo Kirven, 22, of Canton, Ohio, was arrested May 10 in Clifton Park and charged with prostitution, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Ashley M. Brown and Chelsea T. Buckley, both 28 and both from South Burlington, Vt., and Jeriel Taylor, 37, of Burlington, Vt., were arrested May 11 in Saratoga Springs and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a narcotic and fourth-degree conspiracy,

felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Aggravated DWI: Michael J. Deavila, 52, of New York City was arrested May 10 in Malta and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI, misdemeanors.
