Saratoga Springs Police Department Endangerment:
Benjamin N. Hernandez, 23, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 4:35 a.m. June 1 on Dolphin Terrace and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Drug possession:
Christine J. Brown, 26, of Gloversville was arrested at 1:52 a.m. June 1 on Maple Avenue and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Drug possession:
Ethan C. Dunn, 17, of Porters Corners was arrested at 12:43 a.m. June 1 on East Fenlon Street and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal trespass, misdemeanors.
Assault:
Saad M. Farahat, 52, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:45 p.m. May 31 on Clubhouse Drive and charged with seconddegree assault, a felony, thirddegree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.
Drug possession:
Matthew C. Kouffman, 18, of Gansevoort was arrested at 9:18 a.m. May 31 on Lake Avenue and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
Drug possession:
Robert M. Nichols, 26, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:10 a.m. May 31 on Walworth Street and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and third-degree criminal tampering, misdemeanors. Also arrested was Nicole V. St. Cyr, 23, of Saratoga Springs, who was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors.
Felony DWI:
Carole D. Merchant, 55, of Schuylerville was arrested at 3:21 p.m. May 30 after a one car personal injury accident on Louden Road and charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of a previous drunken driving conviction within the past 10 years. Police said Merchant was the sole occupant of the car and sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Petit larceny:
Alexis D. Craft, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9 a.m. May 9 on Lake Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Contempt:
Scott F. Parillo, 44, of Lake George was arrested on a warrant at 8:53 a.m. May 29 on Lake Avenue and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.
Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office Plea:
Quintan L. Smith, 19, of Ballston Spa pleaded guilty May 31 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony.
Plea:
Daniel D. Deming, 30, of Corinth pleaded guilty May 31 to two counts of third-degree robbery, a class D felony.

Vicky L. Guilder, 50, of Gansevoort was arrested May 30
in Wilton and charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny, felonies. Menacing: Keith D. McNally, 64, of Milton was arrested May 30 in Wilton and charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors. Grand larceny: Christopher M. Napolitana, 26, of Schenectady was arrested May 30 in Malta and charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Drug sales: Luis Perez, 53, of Gansevoort was arrested May 30 in Wilton and charged with four counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, four counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree grand larceny, felonies, and scheme to defraud, a misdemeanor. DWI: Ryan Peck, 31, of South Glens Falls was arrested May 30 in Saratoga Springs and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Contempt: Christopher A. Foster, 58, of Clifton Park was arrested May 30 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Drugged driving: Maureen M. Morrow, 38, of Corinth was arrested May 31 in Saratoga Springs and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. DWI: Lisa S. Bartow, 51, of Hadley was arrested May 31 in Stony Creek and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent and possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, misdemeanors. Drug possession: Michael J. Dillard, 31, of Ballston Spa was arrested June 1 in Ballston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and using a vehicle without an interlocking device, misdemeanors.
