Obstruction: Courtney S. Green, 18, of Greenwich was arrested at 9:30 p.m. June 10 on Hamilton Street and charged with seconddegree obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor.

Drug sales: Stephen M. Allen, 31, of Ballston Spa was arrested on a warrant at 5:30 p.m. June 10 in Ballston Spa and charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and thirddegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.

Obstruction: Armand A. LaForest, 34, of Troy was arrested at 3:50 a.m. June 10 on High Rock Avenue and charged with seconddegree obstructing governmental administration and petit larceny, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Jennifer M. Allen, 27, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 1:49 a.m. June 10 on Washington Street and charged with two counts of seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors.

Unlicensed operation: Aristeo Romero-Hernandez, 30, of Saugerties was arrested at 7 p.m. June 9 on Broadway and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: Michael P. Andrews, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 3:30 p.m. June 9 on Route 50 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors.

Unlicensed operation: Frank Barone, 69, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:50 a.m. June 9 after a property damage accident on East Beekman Street and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: Devin J. Bowen, 20, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 2:39 a.m. June 9 on Grand Avenue and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Austin J. Melick, 21, of Nassau was arrested at 1:10 a.m. June 9 on Excelsior Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors. Burglary: Joe L. Still, 27, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at noon June 8 on Lincoln Avenue and charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree robbery, felonies, third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and obstruction of breathing, misdemeanors.

DWI: I-Cheng Peng, 28, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 3 a.m. June 8 on Broadway and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Brandy L. Farber, 33, of Clifton Park was arrested at 2:07 a.m. June 8 on Union Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent, misdemeanors.

DWI: Steven A. Maronic, 67, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 5:09 p.m. June 7 on Nelson Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. Stolen property: Nicholas C. Goodrum, 28, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 10:26 a.m. June 7 on Lake Avenue and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony.
