Sentencing: Shawn R. Glans, 51, of South Glens Falls was sentenced June 14 to four months in jail and five years probation after pleading guilty

Fletcher, 23, of Hadley was indicted June 15 on charges of third-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, class D felonies, and third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. Indictment: Charles S. Schill, 19, of Corinth was indicted June 15 on charges of third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and thirddegree attempted assault, a misdemeanor. Indictment: Joseph P. Rossi, 20, of Ballston Lake was indicted June 15 on charges of making a terroristic threat, a class D violent felony, and seconddegree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Indictment: Derek F. Davis, 46, of Albany was indicted June 15 on charges of thirddegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, fourthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony, resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and a violation-level harassment count. Indictment: Stephen Lerario, 42, of Greenfield Center was indicted June 15 on charges of second-degree attempted murder and first degree assault, class B violent felonies, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and three counts of seconddegree criminal contempt, misdemeanors.
