Plea: David L. Rodriguez, 57, of Schenectad­y pleaded guilty June 28 to driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony. Sentencing: Tracey E. MulhallWeh­renberg, 53, of Ballston Lake was sentenced June 28 to five days in jail and five years probation after pleading guilty April 26 to driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony. Sentencing: Sharon E. Doring, 53, of Mastic was sentenced June 28 to five years probation after pleading guilty May 11 to driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony. Sentencing: Kyle M. Shutlz, 20, of Hudson Falls was sentenced June 27 to 20 years in state prison after pleading guilty March 2 to first-degree rape, a class B felony. He was also sentenced to 10 to 20 years in state prison after pleading guilty May 16 to second-degree conspiracy, a class B felony, and three years in state prison after pleading guilty to second-degree assault, a class D violent felony. The sentences will run consecutiv­ely. Plea: Tyler Sherman, 20, of Hudson Falls pleaded guilty June 27 to disseminat­ing indecent materials to minors, a class D felony. Plea: Robert J. Dickie, 52, of Clifton Park pleaded guilty June 27 to second-degree vehicular assault, a class E felony. Sentencing: Herbert H. Vanaken, 46, of Providence was sentenced June 27 to 8 1⁄2 years in state prison after pleading guilty April 19 to first-degree criminal sex act, a class B felony. Sentencing: Keenan A. Che, 26, of Mechanicvi­lle was sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading guilty April 19 to first-degree attempted criminal possession of marijuana, a class felony. Plea: Edward J. Brower, 48, of Saratoga Springs pleaded guilty June 27 to driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r. Plea; Billy Joe Ryle, 41, listed as homeless pleaded guilty June 27 to second-degree forgery, a class D felony. Plea: Nelson D. Bruno Jr., 29, of Ballston Spa pleaded guilty June 27 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and placed on interim probation to include treatment court.
