Petit larceny: Lisa E. Rice, 44, of Latham, was charged with petit larceny at 5:25 p.m. on June 26 at 2455 Route 9 in Malta. In a related incident, first reported to police on April 23, Harold J. Thomas, 26, of Ballston Spa, was charged at 12:04 p.m. Monday with fourthdegr­ee criminal possession of stolen property (credit card), a felony; petit larceny, third-degree forgery and identity theft. Thomas was formally charged at Wilton Town Court.

Criminal Contempt: Jeffrey O. Hawkins, 64 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 8 at 10:50 p.m. on Grand Avenue and charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a felony.

Criminal Possession: Vanessa A. Salerno, 20 of Norwich, was arrested on July 8 at 1:30 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony. Unlicensed: Ashanti M. Vargas, 26 of Schenectad­y, was arrested on July 8 at 1:27 a.m. following a traffic stop on Ballston Avenue and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, a misdemeano­r, speeding and an equipment violation. Unlicensed: Richard G. Fisher, 52 of Sound Beach, was arrested on July 7 at 1:37 p.m. following a traffic stop on Crescent Avenue and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, a misdemeano­r. Assault: Matthew J. Conroe, 27 of Schuylervi­lle, was arrested on July 7 at 2:37 a.m. on Hayes Road and charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeano­r. DWI: Attilia M. Lee, 21 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 7 at 2:24 a.m. following a traffic stop on Phila Street and charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r, driving with BAC more than .08 of one percent, a misdemeano­r and aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r. Disorderly: James O. Tabor, 28 of Ballston Spa, was arrested on July 7 at 12:16 a.m. on Broadway and charged with disorderly conduct. False Written Statement: Jennifer L. Wright, 24 of Ballston Spa, was arrested on July 6 at 10:46 on a warrant and charged with making a punishable false written statement, a misdemeano­r.

Plea: Jonathon M. Bratton, 38, of Clifton Park plead guilty July 9 to promoting a sexual performanc­e by a child, a felony. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 19. Plea: Sieress Z. Ballard, 28, of Schaghtico­ke plead guilty July 9 to first-degree criminal contempt, a felony. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 5.
