Saratoga Springs- Sherryl J. Moore, 75, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, July 2, 2018, at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. She was born on March 3, 1943, in Saratoga Spring, NY to William and Florence (Manns) Sharp. She was a graduate of Albany Business College and she continued her education at Adirondack Community College. She was married to Joseph L. Moore. She worked as a secretary at General Foods for over 25 years, then retired after working at Wesley Nursing Home. She was an active parishioner at Bethesda Episcopal Church. She was a part of the church’s Alter Guild and the prayer shawl group. As a board member of The Home of the Good Shepard and a member of the Mary A. Carter Temple she was very active in the community of Saratoga Springs. Know to her family as Bobbi, she was an avid reader, loved crocheting and enjoyed watching tennis matches and golf championships. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who was always there with a helping hand. She is survived by her companion Joseph L. Moore; her children Darreyl (Denise) Bullard and Sherryl (Anthony) Hamilton; and many grandchildren and great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her eldest son Milton “Tyrone” Bullard. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Bethesda Episcopal Church; 41 Washington St., with the Very Reverend Marshall J. Vang officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes of 628 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs (518-584-5373).
