Mattison, 48, was charged at 299 Hyspot Rd. in Greenfield with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, firstdegree aggravated unlicensed operation, refusing a pre-screen test, leaving the scene of an auto accident (injury), unreasonable speed, and following a motor vehicle too closely on June 23.
