Obstructio­n: Mustafa Ergun, 40, was charged in Malta July 5 with obstructio­n of breathing.

Larceny: Angela R. File, 21, was charged in Halfmoon July 6 with petit larceny.

Contempt: Carol Angela Carmona, 43, was charged July 7 in Halfmoon with endangerin­g the welfare of a child and second-degree criminal contempt. Assault: Zachary F. Zepka, 28, was charged July 7 in Halfmoon with third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonme­nt.

Larceny: Patricia A. Crandall, 62, was charged July 7 in Wilton with petit larceny.

Alcohol: Randy J. Wooster, 49, was charged July 7 in Milton with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, and speeding.

Alcohol: Randy A. Brouillett­e, 43 was charged July 7 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent.

DWI: Corey Armstrong, 74, was charged July 8 with aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent. Harassment: Christophe­r D. Rapp, 19, was charged in Gansevoort on July 8 with seconddegr­ee aggravated harassment.

Larceny: David S. Risso, 53, was charged July 9 in Wilton with petit larceny.

Plea: Roger W. Hanna, 48, of Waterford pleaded guilty July 10 to fifth-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced: Adam E. O’Brien, 33, of Ballston Spa was sentenced July 10 to 2 to 4 years in state prison. He pleaded guilty May 23 to second-degree criminal mischief. Plea: Luis V. Camacho, 29, of Clifton Park pleaded guilty July 10 to thirddegre­e attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on interim probation, to include Treatment Court. Sentencing: Fallon D. Bradwell, 27, of Broadalbin was sentenced July 11 to 5 years of probation. He previously pleaded guilty April 11 to third-degree burglary. Plea: Joseph B. Flower, 36, of Glenville pleaded guilty July 11 to third-degree robbery. Sentencing: Patrick M. Antinello, 49, of Moreau was sentenced July 11 to 2 to 6 years in state prison. He previously pleaded guilty to promoting a sexual performanc­e by a child. Sentencing: Todd A. Vanalstyne, 48, of Troy was sentenced July 11 to 1 year in jail. He previously pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal contempt. Sentencing: Peggy J. Greene, 51, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced July 11 to 5 years of probation. She previously pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicate­d.
