Criminal Mischief: Elijah A. Maxwell, 16 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 12 at 8:35 p.m. on Broadway and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor

Assault: Laken M. Murphy, 30 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 12 at 9:20 a.m. on Jefferson Terrace and charged with thirddegree assault, a misdemeanor. Jamie A. Prosser, 32 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 12 at 9:20 a.m. on Jefferson Terrace and charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor, resist arrest, a misdemeanor and third degree assault, a misdemeanor.

Disorderly: James M. Carson williams, 23 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 12 at 5:44 a.m. on Route 9 and charged with disorderly conduct. Criminal Mischief: Abigail B. Thomas, 26 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 12 at 1 a.m. on Waterbury Street and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Endangering: Emeline E. Weir, 32 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 11 at 5:30 p.m. on Congress Street and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Weir was also cited for an open container. DWI: Paul E. Christopher, 32 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 11 at 3:14 following a traffic stop on Circular Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor and driving with BAC more than .08 of one percent, a misdemeanor. Aggravated Family Offense: Jamie D. Faye, 36 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on July 10 at 6:44 p.m. on Wells Street and charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, fourth-degree criminal mischief and obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. Petit Larceny: Amy M. Collins, 30 of Victory Mills, was arrested on July 10 at 5:22 p.m. on Ballston Avenue and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Criminal Mischief: Amanda M. Andino, 27 of Schenectady, was arrested on July 10 at 1 p.m. on warrant and charged with thirddegree criminal mischief, a felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Criminal Possession: Andree Shepard, 23 of Glens Falls, was

arrested on July 9 at 11:55 p.m. on warrant and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. Aggravated Family Offense: Michael S. Sanders, 49 of Ballston Spa, was arrested on July 9 at 9:37 a.m. on Lake Avenue and charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor and seconddegree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
