Assault: Harrison T. Blackington, 22 of Saratoga

Springs, was arrested July 25 at 10:27 p.m. on State Street and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Harassment: Patricia L. Pike, 25 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 25 at 5 p.m. on Church Street and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. Possession: Bradley M. Robarge, 22 of Greenfield Center, was arrested July 25 at 2:24 a.m. on High Rock Avenue and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed: Luis E. Rodriguez, 27 of Elmont, was arrested July 25 at 12:20 a.m. on Circular Street and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. Criminal contempt: Edward J. Purvee, 51 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 24 at 8 p.m. on Station Lane and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt, a felony and second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. DWI: Mary J. Samach, 59 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested July 23 at 5:20 p.m. on Union Avenue and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor and driving with BAC more than .08 of one percent, a misdemeanor. Robbery: Cody J. Ogilvie, 27 of Schenectady, was arrested July 23 on warrant and charged with third-degree robbery, a felony, firstdegree criminal contempt, a felony and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
