Criminal possession: Tyler D. Larson, 18 of Galway, was arrested August 6 at 4 a.m. on Union Avenue and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Kirk P. Beeche, 54 of West Chester, Pa., was arrested August 5 at 4:53 a.m. on I-87 and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Dealing with a Child: Gabriel A. Avilespadilla, 28 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested August 5 at 3:14 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with three counts of firstdegree unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor.

Criminal possession: Jonathan J. Hammond, 23 of Poughkeepsie, was arrested August 5 at 1:30 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Disorderly conduct: Antonio V. Quesada, 53 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested August 4 at 1:54 p.m. on Woodlawn Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct.

Disorderly conduct: Gabrielle E. Sullivan, 21 of Ballston Lake, was arrested August 4 at 2:18 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with disorderly conduct.

Assault: Kyle M. Burke, 25 of Burlington, Ma., was arrested August 4 at 12:49 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree assault, resisting arrest, all misdemeanors and disorderly conduct.

Assault: Dustin T. Hernandez, 23 of Watervliet, was arrested August 3 at 4:30 p.m. on Caroline

Street and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Grand larceny: Mark B. Sherman, 49 of Glens Falls, was arrested August 3 at 8:43 a.m. on West Avenue and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.

Davey, 27, of Troy pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 1. Sentenced: Sheena A. Colbert, 34, of Mechanicville was sentenced Aug. 6 to 5 years of probation. She previously pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. Sentenced: Zachary L. Barrantes, 24, of Albany was sentenced Aug. 6 to six months in jail and five years of probation. He previously pleaded guilty to first-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Plea: James M. Brush, 43, of Saratoga Springs pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to third-degree grand larceny. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 1. Plea: Robert B. Moshier, 42, of Wilton pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to first-degree sexual abuse. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 1. Plea: Zachary B. Fanning, 28, of Ballston Spa pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 1. Plea: Marcellus W. Luck, 43, of Day, pleaded guilty Aug. 7 to first-degree sexual abuse. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 2. Sentenced: Brad N. Callanan, 35, of Mechanicville was sentenced Aug. 7 to 3 to 6 years in state prison. He previously pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Plea: Justin. E. Morse, 22, of N. Bennington, Vt., pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 28. Plea: Joshua A. Gunter, 24, of Gansevoort, pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 2. Indicted: Albert B. Mercer, 62, of Saratoga Springs, was indicted on charges of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence.
