Dealing with a Child: Gabriel A. Avilespadi­lla, 28 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested August 5 at 3:14 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with three counts of firstdegre­e unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeano­r.

Criminal possession: Jonathan J. Hammond, 23 of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested August 5 at 1:30 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Disorderly conduct: Antonio V. Quesada, 53 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested August 4 at 1:54 p.m. on Woodlawn Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct.

Moshier, 42, of Wilton pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to first-degree sexual abuse. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 1. Plea: Zachary B. Fanning, 28, of Ballston Spa pleaded guilty Aug. 6 to driving while intoxicate­d. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 1. Plea: Marcellus W. Luck, 43, of Day, pleaded guilty Aug. 7 to first-degree sexual abuse. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 2. Sentenced: Brad N. Callanan, 35, of Mechanicvi­lle was sentenced Aug. 7 to 3 to 6 years in state prison. He previously pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Plea: Justin. E.
