Disorderly conduct: Matthew R. Shearer, 34, of Ballston Spa, and Aron J. Hijar, 36, of Ballston Spa, were charged with disorderly conduct stemming from a fight, at 12:55 a.m. Saturday at 2727 Route 9 in Malta.

Possession: Miranda R. Hawks, 19, of Ballston Spa, was charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 1:08 a.m. Saturday on Route 67 in Ballston Spa.

DWI: Claire R. Burke, 27, of Ballston Spa, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating with a bloodalcohol content higher than .08 percent at 10:59 p.m. Friday on Route 67 in Ballston.

Possession: Abigale K. Boussari, 31, of Ballston Spa was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:05 a.m. Saturday on Route 67 in Ballston.

DWI: Richard A. Mancari, 59, of Scotia, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating with a blood-alcohol content higher than .08 percent at 1:21 a.m. Saturday on Route 67 in the village of Ballston Spa.

Possession: James M. Cooperbrooks, 31, of Ballston Spa, was charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of marijuana and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, at 11:20 p.m. Friday on Route 67 in Ballston.

DWI: Summer N. Pillsbury, 23, of Ballston Spa, was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating with a bloodalcohol content higher than .08 percent at 12:22 a.m. Saturday on Route 67 in Ballston.
