Menacing: Anthony M. Federico, 69, was charged with third-degree menacing on Aug. 1 at 1 Halfmoon Town Plaza. Petit larceny: Maryanne Hollner, 43, was charged with petit larceny on Aug. 1 at 1549 Route9, Halfmoon. Obstructing governmental administration: Edward G. Dennis, 47, was charged on Aug. 2 with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

Petit larceny: Ashleigh N. Cochran, 33, was charged on Aug. 2 with petit larceny at 1 Halfmoon Town Plaza. Criminal impersonation: Christopher M. Shambo, 38, was charged on Aug. 2 at 1549 Route 9, in Halfmoon, with second-degree criminal impersonation, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and petit larceny.

Petit larceny: Travis Moore, 38, was charged with four counts of petit larceny and four counts of third-degree criminal tampering on Aug. 2 at 20 Traver Rd. in Wilton.

Burglary: Jason S. Thompson, 39, was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief on Aug. 3 at 122 Forest Grove, Halfmoon. Endangering welfare of a child: Cory A. Pabon, 31, was charged with endangering the welfare of a

child on Aug. 3 at Route 29 in Milton. Failure to pay fine: Kyle B. Zabor, 24, was charged with failure to pay fine on Aug. 3 at 700 London Square, Clifton Park. Aggravated harassment: Michele N. Hutchinson, 39, was charged with seconddegree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt on Aug. 3 at 128 Circular St., Saratoga Springs. Vehicular assault: Gary W. Starr, 49, was charged with two counts of firstdegree vehicular assault, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, two counts of driving with ability impaired by drugs, and two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, on Aug. 4 at Grooms Road in Clifton Park. Failure to pay fine: Shawn A. Smith, 25, was charged with failure to pay fine on Aug. 4 at 83 Carriage Hill, Halfmoon. Fugitive from justice: Grant M. Davis, 29, was charged as a fugitive from justice on Aug. 6 at 1348 Saratoga Rd. in Moreau. Petit larceny: Margaret A. Zuk, 51, was charged with petit larceny on Aug. 6 at 16 Old Gick Rd. in Wilton. Petit larceny: Demia Williams, 19, was charged with petit larceny on Aug. 6 at 3031 Route 50 in Wilton. Failure to appear: Ralph A. Germain, 29, was charged on Aug. 6 with failure to appear.
