Top scores for Saratoga Catholic included Terel Tillman 41, Garrett Quinn 45, Jack Costantino 46, and Jake Welcome 46. Other notable scores for Hoosick Falls included Ryan Bloomer 38 and Miles Smith 49. The loss drops Hoosick Falls’ record to 12-2 for the season, good enough to share the Wasaren League title with both Greenwich and Saratoga Catholic. GALWAY 3, MAYFIELD >> Galway defeated Mayfield in a battle of WAC undefeated­s. Set scores were 19-25, 25-21, 24-26, 25-10, 25-18. Galway moves to 3-0 in the WAC and 4-0 overall. Galway was led by Lindsay Zawisa with 26 kills, 15 points, four aces, 15 digs, four blocks. Anna Gardner added 13 kills and 13 points while Julia Reedy had nine blocks and five kills and Emma Smith added nine kills, 16 points and 15 assists. Hannah Hoffman added 22 assists. Mayfield fell to 4-1in the league and 6-1 overall. They were led by Mikayla Myers with 14 kills, three aces and Samantha Kent had 15 kills and two blocks. Emily Mormandao dished out 22 assists.
