rested October 11 at 3 a.m. on Northline Road in Milton and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, unlawful fleeing police officer in motor vehicle, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, all misdemeanors.

Obstructing: Kamere T. Wheelings, 21 of Schenectady, was arrested October 11 at 3 a.m. on Northline Road in Milton and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor.

Criminal possession: Autumn R. Keefe, 19 of Rutland, Vt., was arrested October 10 at 3:19 a.m. on Union Avenue and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Criminal possession: Jarren J. Fitzgerald, 24 of Rutland, Vt., was arrested October 10 at 3:19 a.m. on Union Avenue and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifthdegree criminal possession of marijuana, misdemeanors.

Grand larceny: Javonte J. Johnson, 21 of Hiram, Ga., was arrested October 9 at 12 p.m. on County Farm Road in Ballston Spa and charged with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, felonies.

Grand larceny: Kallie A. Loving, 29 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested October 9 at 9:44 a.m. and charged with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, a felony, fourthdegree grand larceny, a felony and fifth-degree welfare fraud, a misdemeanor.

Harassment: John G. Zinter, 23 of Saratoga Springs, was arrested October 9 at 1:22 a.m. on Caroline Street and charged with second-degree harassment.
