BALLSTON AREA HISTORY ROUNDTABLE: The Ballston Area History Roundtable begins its 2019 program on Thursday, January 17 with “Exploring Old Newspapers.” Attendees will receive copies of 19th century local newspapers, explore the articles, advertisements and editorials and discuss differences from 21st century newspapers. 7 p.m., Brookside Museum, 6 Charlton Street, Ballston Spa.
