Man charged with attempted rape
HUDSON FALLS, N.Y. >> New York State Police from the Greenwich Bureau of Criminal Investigation, along with the Hudson Falls Police Department and investigators from the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, arrested Jeffrey S. Prime in the village where he had made arrangements to meet a 12-yearold girl to engage in sexual activity.
Prime, 27, was taken into custody without incident on Feb. 8 and was charged with attempted rape in the first degree and attempted criminal sex act in the first degree.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Washington County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond. Prime is scheduled to appear in Kingsbury Court on February 13th, 2019.
