DWI: Dawson Nigro, 20, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 2:00 a.m. on June 2 after a on Spring Street and charged with aggravated DWI: blood alcohol content of 18 percent or more, and operating a motor vehicle with .8 percent or more: first offense, and driving while intoxicated first offense, all misdemeanors.

Unlicensed driving: Jeremy McClary, 41, of Mayfield, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on July 2 on East Avenue and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation second degree and operating a motor vehicle with a circumvented a court ordered interlock device, both misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Kurt Cederholm, 36, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on July 3 on Broadway after a traffic stop and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Joshua Rotenberg, 34, of Arvada, Colorado, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on July 3 on Broadway after a traffic stop and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed driving: Dante Alston, 40, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on July 3 on Broadway after a traffic stop and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation third degree, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Jacqueline Palmer, 29, of Scio, Oregon, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on July 3 on Crescent Avenue following a traffic stop and charged with criminal possession
