DWI: Kimberly Sargent, 34, of Ballston Spa was arrested at 5:00 a.m. on August 11 after being involved in a property damage accident on Broadway and Spring Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor. Unlicensed Operation: Aamar Cotten, 34 of Latham was arrested at 10:17 p.m. on August 11 following a traffic stop on Broadway and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeanor. DWI: Stacia Sheehan, 49, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 11:27 p.m. on August 11 following a traffic stop on Putnam Street and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more first offense, both misdemeanors. DWI: Kevin Sullivan. 29, of Menands, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on August 12 on Maple and Lake Avenues following a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor.
