Drug Possession: Raphael Basso, 33, of Poughkeepsie was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on Aug. 24 on Union Avenue and charged with criminal possession of cocaine, a felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, a misdemeanor.

Obstruction of Governmental Administration: Rachel Myott, 37, of Boynton, Florida was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on Aug. 25 on Henry Street and charged with obstructing governmental administration second degree and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors.

Burglary: Justin Lebarron, 34, of Gansevoort was arrested at 4:32 a.m. on Aug. 25 on Ash Street and charged with burglary third degree: entry with intent to commit a crime, a felony.

Boynton Beach, Florida was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Aug. 25 on Caroline and Henry Streets after being involved in a property damage accident and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated, with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more in blood, and operating a motor vehicle with .08 percent or more , first offense, all misdemeanors.

Assault: Jayson Hooks, 34, of Schenectady was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Aug. 19 on Ballston Avenue and charged with assault to cause physical injury, a misdemeanor.

Endangering the Welfare of a Child: Isaiah Robinson, 24, of Albany was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Aug. 24 on Ballston Avenue and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
