Petit Larceny: Meghan McCabe, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 26 on Louden Road and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Assault: Joseph Murray, 44, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 2:27 p.m. on Aug. 26 on South Federal Street and charged with assault third degree, and criminal trespass third degree, both misdemeanors.

DWI: Joseph Chatterpaul, 25, of Richmond Hill was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on Aug. 24 on West Circular Street after being involved in a property damage accident and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more with three prior convictions within 15 years, a felony, driving while intoxicated, first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, first offense, both misdemeanors.

Criminal Tampering: Brian Wood, 38, of Gansevoort was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on Aug. 26 on Ballston Avenue and charged with criminal tampering third degree, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed Operation: Mitchell Roth, 57, of Rancho Cucamonga, California was arrested at 12:27 a.m. on Aug. 27 following a traffic stop on Spring and Henry Streets and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeanor.

Petit Larceny: John Lavada, 29, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 7:28 a.m. on Aug. 27 on Woodlawn Avenue and charged with nine counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Criminal Trespass: Aldo Aburto, 40, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 27 on Union Avenue and charged with criminal trespass third degree, a misdemeanor.

Assault: Matthew Walters, 36, was arrested at 12:09 p.m. on Aug. 27 at 5 Lake Ave. and charged with assault third degree, a misdemeanor.

Burglary: John Lavada, 29, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6:49 a.m. on Aug. 27 on Railroad Place and charged with burglary third degree, a felony and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Assault, Drug Paraphernalia: Faith Wilson, 33, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. on Aug. 28 on Woodlawn Avenue and charged with assault third degree, criminal use of drug paraphernalia second degree, and menacing with a weapon second degree, all misdemeanors and criminal possession of a weapon third degree with a prior conviction, a felony.

Failure to Register: Kevin Thomas, 53, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 7 p.m. on Aug. 28 at 5 Lake Ave. and charged with failure to verify address every 90 days as a level 3 sex offender, first offense and failure to report change of address and status within 10 days first offense, both felonies.

Criminal Contempt: Cassandra Barden, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6:44 p.m. on Aug. 28 on Station Lane and charged with criminal contempt second degree, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed Operation: Steven Brundage, 28, of Los Angeles, California was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on Aug. 30 on Ballston Avenue and Geyser Road following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeanor.

Petit Larceny: Aziz Ahned, 47, of Niskayuna was arrested at 2:03 a.m. on Aug. 30, on Caroline Street and charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors.
