Risk of Injury to a minor: Kevin Gifford, 49, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 9:17p.m. on Sept. 13on Aletta and Perry Streets and charged with acting in a manner that could risk injury to a child under 17, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed Operation: Amanda Danzy, 34, of Albany was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Sept. 14 on Union Avenue following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Michael Lashomb, 33, of Watertown was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Sept. 15 on What and Ballston Avenues after a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated, first offense, a misdemeanor.

DWI: Nicholas Hanley, 26, of Clifton Park was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on Sept. 15on Ease West Road and Route 9 following a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicated first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, first offense and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or more, all misdemeanors. Drug Possession: Edward Iannone, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 6:51p.m. on Sept. 15 on Lincoln Avenue and Park Place after being involved in a one car personal injury accident and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, a misdemeanor.

Unlicensed Operation: Michael Martino, 54, of Oxford, Connecticut was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on Sept. 14 on Route 50 and Veterans Way following a traffic stop and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree, a misdemeanor.
