Harassment: Edward DiPaolo, 29, of Rensselaer was arrested at 9:03p.m. on Oct. 18at 5Lake Ave. on a warrant and charged with aggravated harassment second degree:communicat­e threat to harm physically or property, a misdemeano­r. DWI: Michelle Tetlak, 50, of Clifton Park was arrested at 2:34a.m. on Oct. 19on Caroline Street and charged with driving while intoxicate­d: first offense, a misdemeano­r. Drug Possession: Allen Chrysler, 25, of Gansevoort was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on Oct. 20at 5Lake Ave. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, a misdemeano­r. Burglary: Nicholas Perilli, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 2:40a.m. on Oct. 20on Caroline and Ludlow Streets and charged with criminal mischief third degree: damaging property valued at greater than $250, and burglary second degree: illegal entry of a dwelling. Both felonies. DWI: Alexander Stead, 26, of Saratoga Lake, was arrested at 3:01a.m. on Oct. 20on South Broadway and Lincoln Avenue following a traffic stop and charged with driving while intoxicate­d: first offense, a misdemeano­r. Stalking: Dustin Cleveland, 22, of Hudson Falls was arrested at 3:05 a.m. on Oct. 20on Caroline Street and charged with stalking fourth degree: causing material harm to mental or emotional health, a misdemeano­r.
