DWI: Chelsea Alden, 29, of Clifton Park was arrested at 12:31 a.m. on Dec. 14 following a traffic stop on Broadway and Congress Street and charged with driving while intoxicated: first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent: first offense, both misdemeanors.

DWI: Semir Domazet, 32, of Schenectady was arrested at 3:12 a.m. on Dec. 15 following a traffic stop on Route 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated: first offense, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of.18 percent or more: no priors, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent: first offense, all misdemeanors.

DWI: Raymond Westhead, 27, of Mechanicville was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Dec. 15 following a traffic stop on Ballston Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated: first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent: first offense, and criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, all misdemeanors.

Trespass: Shawn Johnson, 37, of Saratoga Springs was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on Dec. 15 on Adelphi Street and charged with criminal trespass third degree, a misdemeanor.

Robbery, Assault: Harold Truax, 54, of Duanesburg was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on Dec. 15 on Broadway and charged with two counts of criminal mischief with intent to damage property and assault third degree, both misdemeanors, and robbery third degree, a felony.
