Assault: Briana Thompson, 20, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 1 p.m. on June 3 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree assault with intent to cause injury with a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation by applying pressure.
Criminal Possession: Jennifer Bialahoski, 39, of Schenectady, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on June 4 in Saratoga Springs for seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, and 1 penal code violation.
Criminal Possession: Eugene Wachtel, 53, of Schenectady, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on June 4 in Saratoga Springs for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with 3 or more open suspensions issued on 3 or more separate dates, and 4 vehicle and traffic violations.
Disorderly Conduct: Victor Maffetone, 34; and Jason McMaon, 43, of Saratoga Springs, were arrested at 7 p.m. on June 5 in Saratoga Springs for disorderly conduct of fighting and violent behavior.
Criminal Possessioin: Erika Pettit, 38, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on June 5 in Saratoga Springs for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, and 1 vehicle and traffic violation.
Trespassing: Emeline Weir, 34; Meghan Mccabe, 40; Yisel Martinez, 41; and Brian Raymond, 50; of Saratoga Springs, were arrested at 8:30 on June 5 in Saratoga Springs for trespassing.
Assault: Andrew Baker, 53, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on June 6 in Saratoga Springs for second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, second-degree menacing with a weapon, first-degree burglary with use or threatened use of a dangerous instrument, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, and second-degree strangulation causing physical injury.
DWI: Ciera Krom, 26, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on June 7 in Saratoga Springs for first-degree driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, aggravated driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16, acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and 2 vehicle and traffic violations.
