Criminal Impersonat­ion: Ricky Allen, 38, of Corinth, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on June 2 in Queensbury for second-degree criminal impersonat­ion.

Criminal Possession: Phillip Scoville, 33; and Matthew Smyth, 36, of Hudson Falls, were arrested at 10:42 p.m. on June 2 in Moreau for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of narcotics.

Criminal Possession: Maurice Davis, 48, of Schenectad­y, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on June 2 in Saratoga Springs for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possessioi­n: Destiny Warrington, 19, of Warrensbur­g, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on June 3 in

Moreau for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Criminal Possession: John Patterson, 35, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 1 a.m. on June 4 in Wilton for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, second-degree criminal impersonat­ion of another person, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with 3 or more open suspension­s.

Criminal Possession: Leo Ginsberg, 20, of Burlington, VT, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. on June 3 in Wilton for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of over 8 ounces of marijuana.

Criminal Possession: John Williams, 64, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on June 2 in Saratoga Springs for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Menacing: A minor, 17, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on June 3 in Clifton Park for second-degree menacing with a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, and and criminal obstructio­n of breathing or blood circulatio­n by applying pressure.

Criminal Mischief: Mark Ovitt, 28, of Day, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on May 25 in Wilton for 2 counts of criminal mischief with intent to damage property.

Assault: Shyann Lapier, 23, of Day, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on May 25 in Wilton for assault with criminal negligence causing injury with a weapon, thirddegre­e criminal mischief causing property damage valued at greater than $250, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.

Reckless Endangerme­nt: Kenneth Burdick, 45, of Hadley, was arrested at 11 p.m. on June 4 in Wilton for first-degree reckless endangerme­nt and reckless driving.

Criminal Possession: Jessica Shelley, 35, of Albany, was arrested at 2:33 p.m. on June 4 in Moreau for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug parapherna­lia.
