Saratoga Showcase of Homes to be presented as Showcase TV Special
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. » The Saratoga Showcase of Homes is making its small screen debut as organizers change the event’s format due COVID-related public health and safety concerns.
Though the traditional new home tour event is canceled, Saratoga Builders Association’s 2020 Saratoga Showcase of Homes will be presented as a one-hour Showcase TV Special.
The special, currently in production and expected to air this fall, will include interviews, tours and more, celebrating area builders, homes and developments.
The 12 participating builders are Beechwood Homes, Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, Caruso Home Builders, Degraff-Bloom Custom Builders, Heritage Custom Builders, Kodiak Construction, McPadden Builders, The Earth Source Company, The West Saratoga Condos, Whitbeck Construction & Witt Construction.
This special broadcast will be hosted by CBS-6 News Anchor Liz Bishop airing exclusively on WRGB Channel 6.
The program will also provide viewers with an opportunity to support the event’s two featured local charities - Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren & Washington Counties - which normally benefit from ticket sales. Over the years, the annual community event has contributed nearly $1.3 million dollars to these local charities.
