BOYS WINTER LACROSSE: Capitallan­d lacrosse will be running indoor lacrosse programs in November and December on Sunday mornings and start the week of Nov. 8. It will run through the week of December 20 at the Sportsplex in Halfmoon. Skills levels will include: Boys Coaches Corner for advanced skilled players in grades 4 through 6 and 7 through 10. This program has varsity-level coaches recreate a set of advanced level practices full of skills & drills that players need to be successful at the next level. A novice program for grades 2 through 6 & 7 through 10 is for players who need to sharpen their basic skills while being introduced tomore advanced techniques. A beginner program for grades 2 through6 and 7 through 10. For boys who want to learn how to play lacrosse in a friendly and fun atmosphere. A coed beginner class that is a program set in a fun, hands on positive environmen­t. We will be using a puffball and no contact is allowed. The emphasis is on fun. FIELD HOCKEY WINTER PROGRAMS: Capitallan­d field hockey will be running indoor field hockey skill programs and a separate league on Sunday mornings and start the week of November 8 and run through the week of December 20 at the Sportsplex in Halfmoon. Leagues will be held for Varsity level players grades 10 and 12 and Junior Varsity level grades 7 through 9. These leagues are designed to give players a chance to play against other local schools in a fully run league. Full and partial teams from a school as well as free agents can join. Any girl who school is playing in the fall can join our programs after their season has finished for a discounted rate. Girl’s instructio­nal skills levels include: Advanced Skills and Drills program for grades 6 through 8 and 9 through 11th. For the intermedia­te & advanced skill players who to refine their skills while being introduced to advanced techniques. Novice Skills and Drills programs grades 4 through 7 and 8 through 10 for girls who want to be introduced tomore advanced techniques. Beginner Skills and Drills program for grades 4 through 6 and 7 through 10 for girls who want to learn how to play lacrosse in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Beginner Skills (Sticks Only) for Kindergart­en through Grade 3. This program is set ina fun, hands on positive environmen­t. The emphasis is on fun! Form a new Skate of Mind with the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department’s Intro to Ice Skating Program: Learn ice skating basics or improve your skills. Everyone ages 3-Adult is welcome. Intro to Ice Skating fees for the Early Fall session through Sept 29th are City $60, Non- City $80. Early Fall fees after Sept 29th are City $85, Non- City $105. Go for the Goal with the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department’s Kickers Program and Soccer League: Our program runs September 26- October 31. Everyone ages 3- Grade 12 is welcome. Our Kickers programs introduce basic soccer skills through games and activities and guides you into team play. Our League is separated into grade appropriat­e divisions to expose players to skills based upon level of play. Limited spots are still available in Little Kickers and Grades 8-12.

Kickers registrati­on fees through August 31st are City $ 40, Non- City $60. Kickers registrati­on fees after August 31st are City $65, Non- City $85. League registrati­on fees through August 31st are City $55, Non- City $75. League registrati­on fees after August 31st are City $80, Non- City $75.
