Criminal Possession: Nathan Rushford, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 7:11 am on Oct. 21 in Malta for seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Contempt: Michael Adams, 34, of Hudson Falls, was arrested at 12 pm on Oct. 22 in Wilton for second- degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order.

Criminal Possession: Kristianna Olson, 35, of Greenfield Center, was arrested at 7:47 pm on Oct. 22 in Wilton for 3 counts of seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: Janelle Peer, 34, of Greenfield Center, was arrested at 7:47 pmon Oct. 22 in Wilton for 4 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

DWAI: Mark Powers, 27, of Broadalbin, was arrested at 8:30 pm on Oct. 23 in Milton for driving while ability impaired by drugs with a previous conviction within 10 years.

Criminal Mischief: Marissa Siler, 34, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 5:09 pmon Oct. 24 in Clifton Park for third- degree criminal mischief causing property damage greater than $250.

Criminal Possession: Chuan Tusuei, 44, of Albany, was arrested at 7:02 pm on Oct. 24 in Clifton Park for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior conviction within 10 years.

Criminal Possession: Robert Orton, 36, of South Glens Falls, was arrested at 7:06 pm on Oct. 24 in Hudson Falls for seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: Michael Brosch, 33, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 11:14 pmon Oct. 25 in Clifton Park for fourthdegree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, third- degree menacing, second- degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth- degree criminal mischief preventing an emergency call, and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.

Forgery: Caleb Rich, 23, of Gansevoort, was arrested at 3:24 pm on Oct. 26 in Wilton for second- degree possession of a forged instrument.

Animal Cruelty: Zachary Bowers, 26, of Moreau, was arrested at 8:47 pm on Oct. 26 in Moreau for aggravated cruelty to animals.

Forgery: Scott Anderson, 25, of Argyle, was arrested at 12:30 pm on Oct. 26 in Wilton for giving a false written statement.

Criminal Possession: Kerry Haseltine, 59, of Glens Falls, was arrested at 4:41 pm on Oct. 26 in Malta for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second- degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence by concealing or destroying.
