Criminal Possession: Christopher Crispell, 38, of Waterford; and Jacob Stovie, 29, of Troy; were arrested at 1:20 pm on Oct. 27 in Wilton for fifth- degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Criminal Possession: Kyle Mattison, 32, of Fort Ann, was arrested at 11;30 am on Oct. 27 in Malta for seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Larceny: Eileen Carbone, 56, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 5:03 pm on Oct. 27 in Clifton Park for fourth- degree grand larceny of property valued greater than 1,000.
Pornography: Messiah Pompey, 25, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 11:37 am on Oct. 27 in Clifton Park for promoting a sex performance of a child less than 17.
Larceny: Elisabeth Ackerman, 29, of Scotia, was arrested at 10:37 pm on Oct. 28 in Wilton for fourth- degree grand larceny of property valued greater than 1,000.
Larceny: Devin Rowe, 54, of Grand Prairie, TX, was arrested at 8 pm on Oct. 28 in Halfmoon for fourth- degree grand larceny.
DWI: Michelle Squadere, 44, of Brant Lake, was arrested at 2:42 pm on Oct. 28 in Clifton Park for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
Criminal Possession: Daniel Jennings, 29, of Galway, was arrested at 2 pm on Oct. 29 in Galway for 2 counts of fifth- degree criminal possession of stolen property and second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with up to three prior suspensions.
DWI: Mindy Hayes, 33, of Witherbee, was arrested at 7:34 am on Oct. 29 in Ballston for driving while intoxicated with 2 previous convictions within 10 years, first- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and use of a vehicle without an interlock device.
DWI: Jeffrey Hovey, 66, of Glenville, was arrested at 6:22 pm on Oct. 29 in Ballston for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

palau, 41, of Halfmoon, was arrested at 8:22 pm on Oct. 29 in Clifton Park for third- degree menacing by a hate crime and seconddegree aggravated harassment based on race or religion.
Criminal Possession: Peter Mertens, 30, of Queensbury, was arrested at 2:10 pm on Oct. 30 in Wilton for seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Criminal Possession: Tiffany Smith, 32, of Watervliet,
was arrested at 10:45 pm on Oct. 30 in Moreau for 2 counts of seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Criminal Use: Scott Ehlers, 58, of Altamont, was arrested at 5:20 pm on Oct. 30 in Malta for second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
DWI: Frank Whalen, 22, of Porter Corners, was arrested at 12:58 am on Nov. 1 in Corinth for driving while intoxicated.
Criminal Mischief: Caleb Murphy, 34, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 3:36 am on Nov. 1 in Wilton for criminal mischief with intent to damage property.
