DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC (DG Law) expands beyond Capital Region
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. » The Spa City-based DeAngelus Goralczyk, PLLC (DG Law) has expanded beyond New York’s Capital Region with a new office in Bonita Springs, Fla.
Attorney Michael Schafer, will practice from the Florida location, at 3376 Woods Edge Circle, Unit 102, in Bonita Springs. Here, he practices estate planning and administration, as well as residential and commercial real estate.
“Many of our clients have homes in New York and in Florida. With this in mind it just makes sense for our firm to have a presence in both states,” Karen L. DeAngelus, partner and founding member of DG Law, said in a press release.
Schafer is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. He received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the State University of New York at Albany in 1985, and a juris doctorate from Albany Law School in 1989. He actively practices in both states in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, title insurance, loan settlements, creation of business entities, estate planning and administration.
“Having an attorney who practices in both New York and Florida puts us in a unique position to provide vital services for existing and prospective clients,” added Jacqueline Goralczyk, partner and founder at DG Law, in the release. “We are very excited to have Michael Schafer as part of our growing team.”
Schafer’s other areas of practice include landlord/tenant disputes and evictions, as well as minor vehicle and traffic matters in New York. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and is an approved real estate instructor. He is also a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Saratoga County Bar Association.
