DWI: Brenda Barbieri, 58, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 3:14 pm on Feb. 10 in Milton for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Larceny: Thomas Gervasio, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 3:55 pm on Feb. 10 in Ballston for petit larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny of property valued greater than $1,000.

Criminal Possession: Michelle Donovan, 35, of Corinth, was arrested at 2:15 pm on Feb. 10 in Wilton for 3 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of scales as drug paraphernalia.

Criminal Possession: Anne Faxon, 20, of Granville, was arrested at 6:45 pm on Feb. 11 in Moreau for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: A minor, 17, of Granville, was arrested at 6:45 pm on Feb. 11 in Moreau for fourth-degree criminal possession of greater than 2 ounces of marijuana.

Criminal Possession: Jared Ellis, 30, of Corinth, was arrested at 11:28 pm on Feb. 11 in Milton for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Criminal Possession: Bridget Stockwell, 37, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 1:57 am on Feb. 11 in Chester for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: Christopher Post, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 1:57 am on Feb. 11 in Chester for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Larceny: Ellen Zwijacz, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 11:30 am on Feb. 12 in Malta for first-degree grand larceny of property valued greater than $1 million, 2 counts of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property valued greater than $3,000, and first-degree scheming to defraud by obtaining property valued greater than $1,000.

Unlicensed Operation: Felix Cabrera, 42, of Altamont, was arrested at 7:58 am on Feb. 12 in Clifton Park for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Harassment: Shawn Eggleston, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 12:30 am on Feb. 14 in Wilton for second-degree aggravated harassment by communicating threats.

Criminal Possession:Richard Janes, 41, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 3:12 pm on Feb. 13 in Ballston for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: Nicholas Delnero, 32, of Albany, was arrested at 12:35 pm on Feb. 14 in Malta for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Obstruction of Justice: Max Donner, 25, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 9:35 pm on Feb. 14 in Clifton Park for second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, seconddegree unlawful imprisonment, and criminal obstruction of breath by applying pressure.
