Spend Another Memorable Summer at Camp Saradac: Camp Saradac is back this summer and better than ever! In addition to full day camp at the Recreation Center for ages 5-12, two half day camps for ages

7-12 are being offered at East Side Rec and Veterans Memorial Park. For over 75 years Camp Saradac has offered campers creative recreation­al & educationa­l programs, intriguing arts & crafts, and memories that last a lifetime!Camp Saradac begins Monday, June 28th and runs through Friday, August 20th. Times at the Recreation Center are 9:00am-4:30pm. Times at the East Side Rec and Veterans Memorial Park are 9:00am1:00pm. Weekly fees at the Recreation Center are: City $175, Non-City $240. Before and After care available at this location only. Weekly fees for Before and After care are: City $35, Non-City $45. Weekly fees at the East Side Rec and Veterans Memorial Park are: City $94, Non-City $128. City residents can begin to register March 1st. Non-City residents can begin to register March 22nd.

Public Skating, Open Adult Hockey, and Stick Sessions are Back at the Saratoga Springs Ice Rinks: The Saratoga Springs Recreation Department is offering weekend Family Skate, Family Stick, Open Public, Open Stick, and Open Adult Hockey sessions at the Weibel Avenue Ice Rinks. Participan­ts must register and pre-pay online. Visit www.SaratogaRe­c. com and click the blue “Online Registrati­on” button to create an account or to register. City residents can begin to register Monday of each week for that weekends’s sessions. Non-City residents can begin to register Wednesday of each week for that weekend’s sessions.

For safety and social distancing purposes participat­ion is limited to groups of 20 for Family Stick, Open Stick, and Open Adult Hockey (excluding Goalies), and 35 for Family Skate and Open Public.

Fees for Family Skate and Open Public are $4 for City residents and $5 for Non-City residents. Fees for Family Stick, Open Stick, and Open Adult Hockey are $9 for City residents and $11 for all others. Goalies for Open Adult Hockey are free.

No refunds will be given. No walks in allowed.

Skate rentals will be available for an additional $5. Skate rental payments will be accepted by cash or check (made out to Commission­er of Finance) only. Participan­ts must wear a mask at all times.

Swing for the Fences with the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department’s Baseball Programs: Our baseball programs runs Wednesdays from March 3-April 7. Our Tiny T-Ball program for ages 3-5 year is a parent/child activity that introduces participan­ts to baseball basics through games and activities.

Our Jr. Sluggers program for Grades K-3 teaches baseball fundamenta­ls. Fees are $55 for Saratoga Springs City residents and $65 for Non-City residents through March 30th. Participan­ts must wear a mask at all times.

Reach Your Soccer Goals with the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department’s Soccer Programs: Our soccer program runs April 24-June 19. Days and times depend on program you sign up for. Little Kickers is a parent/child introducto­ry program that teaches basic soccer fundamenta­ls through games and activities. Big Kickers takes participan­ts to the next level, and is comprised of teams and coaches. Teams will practice skills the first half of the session and play games the other half. Our Grade 1-12 league is separated into grade appropriat­e divisions to expose players to skills and games based on level of play. Divisions are Co-ed. Fees for Big and Little Kickers is $45 for Saratoga Springs City residents and $65 for Non-City residents. Fees for our Youth Soccer League Grades 1-12 is $60 for Saratoga Springs City residents and $80 for Non-City residents.

Fees for Adult Soccer is $45 for Saratoga Springs City residents and $65 for Non-City residents. All fees are good through March 30th. Participan­ts must wear a mask at all times.

Premier Sports Leagues is now accepting Softball teams for the 2021 Summer: We offer Coed Slow-Pitch in the these 7 divisions: 6&4 (C/D/E), 7&3 (C/D/E) and 8&2 (for recreation­al company teams). We also offer Mens Slow-Pitch. 14 game season with best-of-3 playoff rounds. Games played at various locations around Capital District. Entry fee is $925. Umpires fee is $28 per game. Registrati­on closes April 16. Season starts April 26. We offer the most comprehens­ive and flexible scheduling process.

Spring Break at Boys and Girls Club of Troy: Running from Friday, March 26th, through Thursday, April 2, BGCT will be running programs, for ages 6-15, with each day designed to deliver a maximum amount of fun! The BGCT Spring Break Program costs just $100 for the five-day program, with an updated $70 yearly membership.

Activities each day will provide members with things that being stuck at home just can’t. Unlimited number of games in the Games Room, sports in the gym, crafts in the Art Center, are just a few examples of activities at the Club you child will do each day. They will get to all of these activities while making new friends, being physically active, and having fun. Principles, Philosophy, and Organizati­on of High School Athletics: Class dates are Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23. The cost is $225 if registered by May 12. $275 after that. Tution fees are nonrefunda­ble but can be applied to future classes. Hockey Hut Summer Camps are right around the corner: The Hockey Hut is excited for another summer of maximizing players developmen­t spots are starting to fill up! Put in your deposit now to reserve your players spot in our camps! Camps include over three hours of on-ice instructio­n including power-skating, puck control, and shooting. All camps will involve instructio­n tailored to that week. Camps also include outdoor off-ice training and hockey skills. All players will receive a jersey at the beginning of each camp.
